Overview of the Workshop
The bystander training enables witnesses to engage in dialogue and learn about common patterns that prevent witnesses from intervening effectively in critical situations and productively counteracting abuse of power in line with the needs of those affected. This workshop will focus on your responsibility as a leader and your own position of power.
